The service was professional, helpful, and courteous, even checking on us when we were sick. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious, offering a convenient layout with an extra wash basin outside the toilet. However, they felt small considering the price paid. The location was great with easy access to downtown Seattle but not too close, and the dining options were exceptional. The hotel rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and offered a wonderful breakfast. They were spacious, clean, had a partial view of the water, and the beds were incredibly comfy. The staff, especially A-Jay at the front desk, were friendly and ready to assist with any information needed. Free parking was a great perk.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was lovely, but it turned out to be the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The convenience of being right off the elevator and close to the stairs to the lobby from our room was a plus. The rooms are equipped with microwaves and big TVs, perfect for movie watching.
